Out-of-Network Insurances
At Nomad Integrative Health, our priority is to ensure that healthcare is easily accessible and convenient for our patients. To accommodate various insurance needs, we accept a wide range of plans, including out-of-network coverage, for our Acupuncture & Chinese Herbology and Massage Therapy services. You'll be pleased to know that we work with renowned insurance providers such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare. For those with out-of-network coverage, we offer a helpful service called a Superbill. This detailed receipt can be submitted to your insurance provider, allowing you to seek reimbursement for the services rendered. It's important to note that the amount reimbursed may vary based on your specific insurance plan.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) & Health Savings Account (HSA)
Flexible Spending Account (FSA): You can conveniently use your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for our Acupuncture & Chinese Herbology services without requiring a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). FSA allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars from your paycheck to cover eligible medical expenses, including treatments at Nomad Integrative Health.
Health Savings Account (HSA): We gladly accept payments made through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) for our Acupuncture & Chinese Herbology services without requiring a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). An HSA is a tax-advantaged savings account that allows you to set aside funds for medical expenses. You can utilize your HSA to pay for our services.
For Massage Therapy services, a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is required for FSA and HSA reimbursement. Please consult with your healthcare provider to obtain the necessary documentation for your FSA or HSA reimbursement for Massage Therapy.
Card, Cash, Zelle
Credit Cards: We gladly accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can easily use your preferred credit card to settle your payment securely.
Debit Cards: If you prefer to use your debit card, as long as it carries a Visa or Mastercard logo, you can conveniently make payments with it at our facility.
Cash: We accept cash payments directly at our office for those who prefer this traditional payment method.
In addition to these choices, we are delighted to offer the option of Zelle as well. Zelle provides a convenient and secure way for you to make payments using your mobile device. Simply link your Zelle account, and you can effortlessly complete your payment.
